Welcome to CastProTV (“CastProTV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of castprotv.com and any related products, subscriptions, and support (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Orders, Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices, plans, and features may change at any time. Any change will apply to new purchases and, if applicable, future renewals.
  • Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added based on your billing address and applicable laws.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud, abuse, or regulatory risk is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

3. Delivery & Activation

After successful payment, subscription details and activation instructions are sent to your email within 30 minutes to the address you provide at checkout. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam/Promotions folder and ensure you entered the correct address.

4. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation

  • Plans may be one-time (fixed term) or auto-renewing. The checkout page indicates which applies to your order.
  • Auto-renewing plans: You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • You may cancel upcoming renewals at any time before the next billing date by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges and access at the end of the current paid period.

5. Refund Policy

  • If activation has not been delivered within 30 minutes after a successful payment and you request a refund before delivery, we will refund you in full.
  • Once activation credentials have been delivered or used, refunds are generally not available unless required by law.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Do not share, resell, or transfer access credentials without our permission.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, geographic, or rate-limit controls, or interfere with the operation of the Services.

7. Payments & Third-Party Processors

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Your payment information is submitted directly to the processor and is subject to their terms and privacy policy. We receive limited transaction details (e.g., success/failure confirmation) to activate your order. Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of access pending resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

The site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by CastProTV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Content & Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate them without obligation to you. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

10. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our cookie practices. Please review them to understand how we collect and use information.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CastProTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CastProTV and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Casablanca, Morocco, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed to pay amounts due, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Significant changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
